Dr. Larry Grillo
Dr. Larry Grillo is the senior partner of Aventura Dental Arts LLC, and has been practicing comprehensive esthetic dentistry in South Florida since 1986. He graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio Dental School and went on to complete the Advanced Implant Dentistry residency at the University of Miami.
A longtime member of the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Dr. Grillo has been nominated and selected as a member of the prestigious “topDentists” organization and “Who’s Who” in dentistry. Dr. Grillo has extensive experience with porcelain veneers, porcelain crowns and fixed all ceramic bridges, utilizing them to create beautiful, healthy smiles. Dr. Grillo enjoys working closely with orthodontists, periodontists and oral surgeons in the multidisciplinary treatment of complex, esthetic dental rehabilitations.

Dr. Joel Gale
Dr. Joel C. Gale, partner of Aventura Dental Arts, is a native to Miami, Florida. He attended the University of Maryland where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Following his graduation, he attended Boston University School of Dentistry and graduated with honors with his DMD degree in 1994. Dr. Gale was then awarded a scholarship to Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He completed an extensive post graduate fellowship program in Esthetic Dentistry. Dr. Gale received specialized training in porcelain veneers, porcelain crowns, implants and full mouth reconstructions. This advanced education allowed Dr. Gale to perfect his skills in cosmetic dentistry. His passion and love for creating beautiful smiles motivates him to give his patients optimum treatment.
As a dedicated and devoted husband and father of two sons, Dr. Gale enjoys spending time with his family, working out, and playing sports.
Dr. Nuria Otero
Dr. Nuria Otero was born and raised in Venezuela, where she had a very successful dental practice. She received her Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Prosthodontics and a Master’s of Science in Dentistry from Boston University, Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where she was awarded the David Baraban award for academic and clinical excellence.
Dr. Otero’s passion is Dental Esthetics, as a way to combine science and art to achieve natural results that impact her patients’ lives by bringing back their self-confidence and their smile. She focuses on full mouth esthetic reconstructions, porcelain veneers, all ceramic restorations, and implant dentistry, using the latest technology, techniques and innovative materials.

Rafael Santrich was born in Cali, Colombia. He is currently operating VM Laboratory in Aventura, Florida, and he works in office with our doctors specializing in all fixed restorations and custom cosmetics.
Mr. Santrich has successfully completed the Press Technology certifications of E-Max and Empress by Ivoclar at the LVI Institute. In 2005-2006 was KOL (Key Opinion Leader) with GC America. In 2007 he was selected as an instructor of Nobel Rondo (Nobel Biocare) by Ernst Hegenbarth, MDT. In May 2010 he conducted the first emax lecture in Spanish in the U.S with the FDLA (Florida Dental Laboratory Association) on ceramic system from Ivoclar IPS e.max and in 2011 on IPS Inline. In 2011 and 2012, he served as Technical Instructor in programs given by Dr. Michael A. Pikos of “CT Diagnosis and Treatment Planning with Interactive CT Software” at the Pikos Institute.
