How Does It Work?
A comprehensive evaluation of your face, jaws and teeth will be performed in our office.
We utilize photographs, 3-D CAT Scanning of the internal structures and jawbones and 3-D laser scanning of the external surfaces of the teeth and gum tissues, creating a “Virtual Model” of you.
Our team of dentists, surgeons and laboratory technicians will review this information and create a treatment plan that best fits your specific needs. Here in our onsite laboratory, a solid, custom milled provisional will be created to the exact specifications of our team designs, thus assuring an exact fit and predictable esthetics. On the day of the procedure, the failing teeth come out and the implants are placed. Then your new provisional is attached to the implants. After a brief period of healing (8-12 weeks), we will evaluate the fit and esthetics of your provisional and can incorporate any slight changes or modifications that you or the team desire into your final restoration.
